Donation to Concession & Merch Project - Phase 1

The first major milestone of the Concession & Merch Building Project is officially funded, fully underway, and on track for completion in early January 2026.

Phase 1 — Shell Construction has been a remarkable success for the Klein Collins Baseball community. Through a combination of generous material donations, targeted fundraising, and steadfast Booster Club support, the full exterior shell of the building is now being constructed. This includes the foundation, framing, exterior walls, roof structure, and all core components needed to bring the facility to life.

This phase represents approximately $20,000 in construction value, powered by an incredible partnership of:

• $10,000 in donated materials and contractor support
• $10,000 raised by the Klein Collins Baseball Booster Club during the 2025 season, earmarked specifically for this project

Because of this collective effort, the shell is fully funded and actively under construction — a major step toward transforming our vision into a lasting, functional asset for the KC Baseball program.
